The machine has the following features:
- Useful height of the fabric to be folded 2100 mm;- Unwinding of the rolls on an unwinding unit equipped with idle cylinder with variable fabric advancment speed from 0 to 120 MT/minute;- Accumulation of the fabric unwrapped on a steel j-box with fabric retaining walls;- Stretching of the fabric using a spreading unit equipped with spiral motorized cylinders;- Fabric centering obtained by means of a pneumatic centering device controlled by fabric alignment photocells;- Fabric folding using a folding unit with the possibility of insetring the stand function;- Fabric end photocell with automatic return for sewing fabrics;- Fabric measurement obtained by encoder located on the pulling cylinder and displayed on a monitor.
